Return Policy

Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.

To start a return, please email us at larasjewelss@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
